Actively engaged in multi-asset class investment activities across various geographies, carried out by a highly qualified and experienced in-house team of investment professionals using an ‘Asset Allocation Matrix’ to realize risk adjusted returns on invested capital over a long-term period. Investment activities include direct investments in startups, taking stakes in established businesses, acquisitions of business enterprises and setting-up new businesses through collaborative joint venture routes. GTI is also active in private financial investments, including private equity and debt, venture capital, real estate and publicly listed financial investments.
Aban Investment
Ghobash Group capitalizes on opportunities within promising industry sectors by either acquiring existing companies or establishing new businesses. Aligned with the needs of a growing portfolio, the Group established ABAN Investment to administer a host of centralized business functions (finance, legal, HR, marketing, etc.) all aimed at delivering greater cost efficiencies, value and best practices to each of its business units.

Joint venture between Ghobash Group and SSP Catering Cyprus Ltd. has presence across 140 airports and 250 railway stations in 30 countries. Portfolio of 20+ brands includes Starbucks, Ben & Jerry’s, Pizza Hut, Caviar House & Prunier, Marks & Spencer, Simply Food and Burger King.
Adventureland
One of the largest indoor entertainment parks in the UAE (70,000+ sq ft), situated inside Sahara Centre in Sharjah (UAE) and Morocco Mall in Casablanca (Morocco).
